With a full faux-leather interior and custom decals, the Grease Car is one of a kind. With special attention given to every last detail, finishing touches such as the hand-made white-walled tyres and high gloss finish, our car is sure to amaze your audience and give them that all important professional impression. And plus, we've included working headlights, indicators and brake lights to add that extra bit of 'pizzaz'!
Our ‘Greased Lightning’ is second to none! With fully working doors, headlights, indicators and brake lights it is sure to be a fantastic addition to your production. Awaiting you is a full faux-leather interior, with bespoke decals and handmade 50s white-walled tyres. The hand-painted, high gloss, enamelled red paint job is sure to twinkle spectacularly under those stage lights! Fully manoeuvrable, with a hidden braked swivel castor chassis, the Grease Car can be swiftly moved about the stage with only two people; and can be easily choreographed into any dance number.
FUNCTIONAL
Just as important as looking great on stage, it is essential that a prop maintains its functionality and can be seamlessly integrated into the action. With working doors and seating space, our Grease Car can be effortlessly choreographed into a scene or dance number. When it comes to the look of your production, detail is key. Individual flick switches control each lighting circuit independently, with a master key switch to control the entire lighting system.
AESTHETIC
CONVENIENT
If get-in space is tight, then fear not! Our car has been designed to cope with the tightest of get-in spaces. By using a clever modular design, the Grease Car can fit through a standard single door, before being assembled with a few, simple bolts. Manoeuvrability was another key design specification. The parameters and confines of the stage mean that a normal car would not be able to be turned or moved sideways. Bypassing the conventional front-axis pivot and instead mounting our car on two, hidden castor frames, it can be painlessly swivelled and manoeuvred, by only two people, in all directions. In addition to this, the Grease Car’s self-contained battery means that the cast do not have to trouble themselves with trailing power cables or trip hazards.
